About Our Patients
Professionals working in high-pressure careers that involve long and irregular work hours, recurring workplace pressures, trauma and easy access to medications, can be particularly vulnerable to the devastating consequences of addiction. Our team at the Center for Professional Recovery understands firsthand the stresses and triggers associated with addiction in the professional community since many of our team members have lived with the destructive impact of addiction themselves. We are familiar with the shame and guilt often experienced by professionals when they are caught in the grip of addiction and are unable to break free through their own resources.
